Ukrainian Company FINE DIGITAL AGENCY LLC (hereinafter – the Company) presents

an online advertising platform created for the purchase, sale of goods or services. Everything that provides and support functioning of the service we call briefly the Company’s products.

By using the Service or any other product of the Company, you agree with Terms of use (hereinafter – Terms). Amendments to Terms are considered effective from the moment of publishing on the Company’s website. By continuing the usage of the service, you agree with current Terms. If you do not agree with Terms, you have the right not to use the Company’s products.

The Company reserves the right to review Terms at any time without notice, including the right to transfer in whole or partly its rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party or third parties.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

The Company does not complete orders, is not an employer and doesn’t bear responsibility of the results of User’s activities.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • relevance of information about the Company’s products, goods or services of third parties;
  • compensation for losses from the consequences of using the Company’s products;
  • uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Company.

 

REGISTRATION

In order to be able to use the service, you need to create an account where contact information and order information are stored. Registering, you fulfill personal data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address and the place where the service should be offered or goods should be sell/bought with the specified characteristics and price.The account can be deleted any time at your request.

 

SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

We strongly recommend you do not share your account password with third parties or use it on other sites. You are requierd to notify the Company as a matter of urgency in the following cases:

  • anyone has access to your account;
  • there are actions that take place in your account, such as creating orders or mailing you don’t know about.

The Company can display information to specialists about customers: your rating, number of reviews, date of account creation, photos, the fact of social networks (without a link to the account). Chats with specialists, recordings of telephone conversations with the Company may be available to the Company for viewing.

The Company has the right to deny access to information or delete your account at any time and without explanation.

The company has the right to provide your data in the case of:

  • Receiving a request from law enforcement, judicial or other government agencies;
  • The company received information about possible illegal actions;

Use of Company materials

The use of given information is authorized under condition of compliance with the legislation of Ukraine.It’s forbidden:

  • Extraction of any data from the site;
  • Use of the Company’s materials in the context of possible cooperation;
  • Use of the Company’s personalization tools (brand name, trademarks, etc.) for advertising, monetization of any projects, demonstration of cooperation experience and examples of work without the written consent of the Company.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

The terms and conditions, as well as any legal issues related to the use of the Company’s products, are regulated by the legislation of Ukraine.
